Dim sum masterclass

Master the art of rolling, filling and folding dumplings at our Dim Sum Masterclasses, hosted on a monthly basis up until August 2023. Guided by our expert chefs, you will learn how to make steamed, fried and baked dim sum, exploring the folding techniques needed to create your own dumplings at home.


Handmade by our talented patisserie team, our petits gateaux and macaron flavours are shaped by the seasons and creatively blend Eastern and Western influences. 

Priced at £25 for a set of five, petits gateaux are available to order in the restaurants and for takeaway from the patisserie counter. Priced at £28 for a box of 12, our macarons are available to order in the restaurants, to take away and for delivery.

From our steamed dim sum, open-topped scallop shui mai dumplings, venison puffs and crispy duck rolls to sweet and sour pork and Singapore vermicelli noodles, all of our Cantonese dishes are available for delivery or collection from Yauatcha.
